Both owners received grants for new signage and interior work from the Small Business Improvement Fund. The Albany Park Chamber of Commerce and Lawrence Avenue Development Corporation supported and assisted with the renovations projects. North Park Auto Service proprietor Zuheir Brika (right) installed new signage, and Noon O Kabab owner Mir Naghavi completely renovated the former dry cleaners building into a modern catering kitchen with full pick up, delivery and catering services. Both businesses are located on Kedzie Avenue, a major commercial corridor of Albany Park.
